Refund policy

Exchanges and returns are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available on our store.

All products displayed on our store are eligible for exchange and return in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.

A product may be returned or exchanged provided that it is in the same original condition as when purchased and is kept in its original packaging.

ForYou Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or return, provided that the product remains in its original condition.

• Cash on Delivery: The refund will be issued via bank transfer (InstaPay) or an electronic wallet after the returned product has been received and inspected, within a maximum of 48 hours from receiving the returned order.
• Card or Online Payment: The refund will be returned to the same account used for payment within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the policy of the issuing bank.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange without a product or company error: Shipping costs will be calculated and charged to the customer.
• If there is an error with the order: The company will cover the full exchange shipping costs.
